Tube sleeves/flange tube
Tube sleeves ( also called flange tubes ) is a thin-walled metallic tube section for repair technique , that bridges the damaged (eroded) inlet area of a tube. Tube sleeving can delay retubing a unit for years, and extremely cost effective.
The sleeves are expanded and inserted to the proper depth in the tube and either hydraulically or mechanically expanded to intimate contact with the host tube
